Common Questions & Answers
Our heavy commercial vehicle training covers a wide range of vehicles including passenger buses, long-haul and short-haul trucks, and earth-moving machines such as excavators, graders, and loaders. Each vehicle category has a dedicated training module with vehicle-specific operational procedures, safety checks, and handling techniques tailored to the demands of that vehicle type.
Basic driving experience is recommended before enrolling in heavy commercial vehicle programs. However, we assess each trainee individually at the start of the program to determine the appropriate entry level. Our competence-based methodology allows us to tailor the pace of training to each driver’s existing skill level, ensuring no one is left behind.
Load management training teaches drivers how to correctly distribute, secure, and transport cargo in compliance with road safety regulations. This includes understanding weight limits, securing techniques, the effect of load distribution on vehicle handling, and the legal responsibilities drivers carry when transporting goods. It is an essential component of our truck driver training track.
Driver compliance education covers the latest transport regulations, road safety laws, licensing requirements, and industry standards that professional drivers must adhere to. We recommend that practicing drivers attend refresher compliance sessions at least once a year, or whenever significant regulatory changes are introduced, to remain fully compliant and up to date.

Drivers learn to read road conditions ahead to avoid unnecessary braking, which significantly cuts fuel consumption.
